This June, in honor of National CPR Week, the American Heart Association is calling on all Americans to learn how to give Hands-Only CPR. Even without formal training, you could help save a life! Did you know that bystander CPR provided immediately after someone suffers a sudden cardiac arrest can double or triple a victim's chances of survival? Did you know that 88% of cardiac arrests occur at home? The life you save could be the life of someone you love. It's not as hard as you may think.
